Grant Proposal Submission Guidelines

Scientific researchers working with academic institutions throughout Midwest Eye-Banks’ service areas in Illinois, Michigan and New Jersey are invited to submit proposals to its Eye and Vision Research Program. Proposals are evaluated by our Research Review Committee, a volunteer panel of distinguished researchers who specialize in eye and vision-related study.

Those interested in submitting a proposal should carefully review the forms and information provided below. Completed application forms and biographical sketch forms should be submitted via E-mail to grants@midwesteyebanks.org. Completed acknowledgement forms should be mailed to Midwest Eye-Banks.
