The Donor Memorial Garden: A Living Memorial
Midwest Eye-Banks' Donor Memorial Garden is located at the Eye-Bank's Ann Arbor, Michigan home. It was created in memory of eye, organ and tissue donors who have provided the gifts of sight and life, and in honor of their families, who have helped to make these gifts possible for others in spite of their own personal loss.
If you are a transplant recipient, we encourage you to express your gratitude to the donor and her/his family through your own living tribute. Dedicate a part of Midwest Eye-Banks' Donor Memorial Garden to the memory of the person who offered you a second chance for sight, or in honor of the donor's family, who helped to make the donation possible. We offer naming opportunities for engraved pavers and other elements of the garden. Click here for more information.

The Donor Tribute Web Site
Midwest Eye-Banks' Donor Tribute Web site, http://www.donortribute.org, is an online community that honors eye, organ and tissue donors and their families. Transplant recipients may wish to create an online tribute to the person whose gift offered them a second chance for sight. The site is also a tribute to the donor's family for choosing to share that person's life in the most meaningful way we know - through eye, organ and tissue donation.
Visit the Donor Tribute Web site today. There is no charge to create a tribute, although your charitable contribution will help to manage and sustain the site for future guests and tributes. You need not know your donor's identity; Donor Tributes can be made anonymously.
